Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Learning opportunities and career growth...and all the manager and management people are supportive for any help and they understand any situation very well.

Variable bonus - They percent should be decreased and fixed compensation should be increased

Good work environment, but management is very poor and not supporting. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carer growth is slow.

...ig time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.
