Overall Accenture is a good organisation about workplace, job security, salary and benefits. But if we talk about the work life balance or work culture that totally depends on the project in which you are working and the management of the team and your manager. In one project you can feel like heaven where as in other project you can feel like hell. So choose your project wisely.

This company is great in every aspect of it , they care about their employees, they spend alot on upgrading technical skills of candidate so that he/she can meet the expectations of client as well as help them to grow.

Dislikes

...is lots of politics in some deals and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is too slow.

It is handsdown an amazing place to work... Corporate culture is really good.. you will enjoy your every bit of Accenture experience.. feels like in college

Salary hikes are a major problem, they have got budgets and mostly favourable ones gets higher hikes. Mostly single digit. 10 hours working is another headache

Company has provided the Work from home option so far but working hours and other things are getting very verse. But until unless vaccination or corona complete goes, the company should not ask their employees to come to office.. As we have the family and kids including aged parents as well.. so we can't take risk coming out from home.. so company should extend the work from throughout the year as other company did already.

Dislikes

Working hours is 9.5 hours and such and big scam in Variable pay and promotions.. All Bucketing people only get the promotions in Accenture. There is no value for hard working people..

...More the salary for 5-6 years of experience people is only 400000 per annum.. A big golmal in Fixed and Variable pay structure here
