Internal politics, deceit in terms of variable pay, non professional team preference based on your project team members are based on which language, unstructured internal applications and guidance... Basically you will be selected for one role and taken for another role based on their requirements even if u r from a technical background they will put you in trouble... that's all I have which I experienced in these 9 months and quitting from here

Salary hike percentage is better as compared to other companies. Good projects and nice work environment.

HR department is of no use in case you raised a compaint about your delivery manager. For freshers relocation policy is very bad.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company
