No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

...y to work where they work good recognition to employees and even perks as well But on similar side don't expect variable pay from their side, rest all factors are good apart from variable pay.

If you perform well then you don't have to worry about Hike and bonus. You'll get good hike regularly when compared to other companies.

The work life balance is not much as expected. The work load will be high such that you yourself will work more than 9 hours.

Likes

It's not the best company but good for initial phase of career. Clients are good and there are onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Being a service company , package is not good and you will not be treated like an asset.
