...ry yes if you're joining there as a fresher the salary starts in the range of 1.37 LPA which is very low in this decade and if you have any experience with good salary package and if you're joining this company then it gives better package you would love it. And yes about 4) politics there always this thing in the corporate terrible experience and because of which i left the company. 5) Learning - learning never stops i have learned many things and there are Accenture learning portals which provides you so much to learn always which sector you prefer they have each and everything and we have to complete mandatory training sessions every month

6) work environment - yep its good and according to the project requirements there were proper tools available there is always your supervisor who will help you always but if you're on notice period you will feel something else. 7) travel - yes they have transport facility pick n drop in starting of the job i used to like it but then it became hectic thing for me i use to prefer to travel office by bike. 8) career growth- yes if you have patience there is a growth i have seen people who are Team leader but they aren't graduate!! lol? seriously 9) work life balance - you cannot do anything if you're in night shift so much headache and also it was 9 n half hr working time and if we count transport it becomes 11 n half hr it was difficult to manage everything at a time.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad
