...in this organization, there are very supportive and great people working around. I don’t have much complaints on salary but yes, variables are pathetic and very disappointing.

Variables: it will show very high like 21%, 27% etc. but will credit like nothing. Will receive a amount which is out of the least imagination. Promotion: not a big fan of Accenture, if you’re holding an offer also they will promise you this and that & result/ outcome will be complete dissatisfaction.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
