...cessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.

Dislikes

Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

...k. * Too much power in hands of manager and they play favouritism for promotion. * No salary hike or promotion. * No benifits. * Management has no interaction with the employees.

...in this organization, there are very supportive and great people working around. I don’t have much complaints on salary but yes, variables are pathetic and very disappointing.

Dislikes

Variables: it will show very high like 21%, 27% etc. but will credit like nothing. Will receive a amount which is out of the least imagination. Promotion: not a big fan of Accenture, if you’re holding an offer also they will promise you this and that & result/ outcome will be complete dissatisfaction.

Work life balance is good. Salary always gets deposited on time. Accenture pays more variable bonus percentage than its competitors.

Dislikes

Mostly handling support projects. So anyone who is looking for implementation project, Accenture may disappoint you.
