Due to shared service structure skill development or learning is limited in terms of domain but is huge in terms of management work or leadership roles, people handling roles. Shifts are mostly US.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.

When you join they offer good package and joining bonus.

There is low or no growth in terms of promotion and salary. Too many checks when during promotion cycle and management doesn't care until you resigned.

Nothing to like Too much responsibility with such a lower pay. Constant micro management. The governance layer set unrealistic expectations with client and forcing the team to fulfil it. Team structure not balanced. Too much pressure on development team

Worst company ever. no work life balance. Constant pressure. Low pay with too much responsibility.

They provide good amount of trainings and certifications, their book portal you can find thousands of e books from good authors are available

...cessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing
