That means if i get 10% variable for 1st time then i will get the same variable pay for 2nd time as well. So, then what is use of making extra efforts in working.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.
