How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.
I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.

Dislikes

... very rude and annoying. You will not get solution from them ever.worst company.they are trapping employee by giving variable pay option but actually it will not created even half of it and while leaving Accenture you will not get variable pay.

I like only the company as my husband is in the same company but I am not at happy with the project i work.

Dislikes

The work life balance is zero here, there is no growth, the increament are less, salary is less, the promotions are slow.

Accenture is a good company to work with. You have several option for career growth like IJP and other options. Company culture and policies are good w.r.t. employees benefits. You also have multiple option for learning as well as higher education.

.... Compared to my previous company I found Accenture's campus a little bit small. As I have recently joined the company, I'm not sure about compensation. However, the variables are not as per the offer letter. Also, you will have to carefully read the offer letter since there can be some hidden clauses which we might miss.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

... culture. They have started deducting our variables which we use to get earlier. First company which deducted the salary after appraisal. Micromanagement.
