... shift allowance / No extra pay for overtime allowance / less appraisals Hike - Variable pay is just a number (they provide less out of that, it’s just a trap) - when it comes to monetary benefits they just tell budget crunches for project. - forcing you to come to office from home location (As there is no value addition and not consider your family dependency)

There is no job security, forget about that, you will be treated like majdoor. On paper company may have good policy except the variable pay. If you have worked for entire year but variable will be paid post 2 months that too if you are active and working of you have left even before one day you won't get your variable pay. Example oct to march they have cycle of variable pay. They will pay that variable on 31st May, if you have left before 31st lets say your lwd is 30th May. In that case you won't get it. I could not understand the logic befind such creepy policy. HR services are on of the worst service. They won't pick ur call they won't reply ur email. Its horrible.

Good people around to help and work culture. Company policies are also good. Leaves and compensation policy are also helpful. Flexibility to work from anywhere. No time bounding work. Didn't' had to work on weekends much.

1. Most disliked thing was that changing project sector like Chemicals to PRD is impossible. Once your assigned to a group, it is not easy or impossible to change. Also, release from project is not easy. If need to join new project, depends on Manager. 2. Need time to understand whole process after joining. takes time to understand the benefits, promotion cycle as there is no one point contact. 3. Have to look for projects if on bench. Have to make sure period of bench is less and soon join the project. 4. Manager dependency projects. If Manager is good, then all good. If not, then work-life balance is not good. I luckily had good managers to work with.

Accenture is very good company to work with. VP and other benefits totally depend on performance and connection with your managers ( pun intended). But, overall good company to work in IT sector.
