They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

After Hardwork and Dedication, no Hikes and appraisal. Worst salary review and Work life Balance without job security especially no encouragement on upskilling and Technology adaptation.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market

There is no hike past 2 years. I got to know their way of performance assessment lately. It’s highly insensitive and against my moral values. Lately I feel this is not my place anymore. The amount of toxicity cannot described in words. I won’t refer even my enemy to this place.
