...on contract basis do not get timely incentives compared to collegues on payroll. Promised timeline of increasing salary is not met.

I liked about this company gives communication training, client interaction, visit other countries and accounting training as well

Payscale to low and bonus as well, no equality in work have discrimination, no transparency, no togetherness which is core value of Accenture they perform deal to deal wise different deal has different thing apart of the work as well sometimes we forget we are working in Accenture

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.
