1. Very systematic and organized. 2. Since, this is big MNC, no one would bother you as long as you complete your task. 3. There is flexibility. Less micro management. 4. Learning opportunities / resorces are available.

Accenture is the worst corporation in the world, with no raises and everything being a lie; they will promise you but will not deliver, yet we may expect at least 2 to 3%, which they will not do... In my experience, HR is the worse; they will not follow through on anything once they mention benefits, but HR also lies at Accenture. Please do not join Accenture... The absolute worst company. They do not follow any of the conventions of other multinational corporations. ACCENTURE IS A WASTE COMPANY.
