1. Very systematic and organized. 2. Since, this is big MNC, no one would bother you as long as you complete your task. 3. There is flexibility. Less micro management. 4. Learning opportunities / resorces are available.

Dislikes

1. Pay to new employees is terrible. 2. Lots of heirachial structure. You cannot approach higher management easily. You have to go through channel. 3. Long office hours.

Likes

Services provided by the company were beyond expectations. Work environment was fabulous, always electrifying.

Only one thing is to be noticed here and that is you will have issues with the salary part and timely promotions.

Accenture is the worst corporation in the world, with no raises and everything being a lie; they will promise you but will not deliver, yet we may expect at least 2 to 3%, which they will not do... In my experience, HR is the worse; they will not follow through on anything once they mention benefits, but HR also lies at Accenture. Please do not join Accenture... The absolute worst company. They do not follow any of the conventions of other multinational corporations. ACCENTURE IS A WASTE COMPANY.

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

Dislikes

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.
