Hmm..work-life balance, salary, growth, over-agility, very diverse organisational structure leading in complex, sometimes rigid processes and systems.

There is no proper payroll system. It's better to try in other organization. Worst salary packages compared to other organization and one last thing never ever join as contractor in Accenture.

Management, Colleagues and Work culture. No work life balance. Dominating culture. They expect us to be professional but they won't be professional with you. Low grade knowledge transfer.

...No deal can stop you from transfer if you have potential and if it's right time. Salary increments are better than other big companies. Overall amazing company to learn and grow. You feel that positive vibe when you enter Accenture Family.

Dislikes

Variable bonus is less as compare to other companies. Sometimes the staging for promotions could be tiring.
