Overhired and over promoted during COVID resulting in breaking the wage structure and pyramid. Now hikes and promotions are at the mercy of top management. Too many at leadership level who have no idea on how things are getting operated at ground level 0 transparency with respect to policy and future plans.

...ey think have work force in India are like 🐏 flock. So they don't respect them. They all your lifetime for salary the pay.

No salary hike/promotion/bonus/compensation Negligible support from Manager No response from HRs Poor work culture especially in the internal projects If you are joining as a fresher, switch within 1-2 years if you actually want to grow.

The company culture is good, Lot of learnings here. Free certification drives for Cloud. Food is improved a bit in cafeterias. Inclusiveness and gender diversity is excellent. If you like events and food then you are in right place.

Dislikes

Pay is less as compared to market, Increment is less, Management is not good in terms of project. Query resolution is slow in HR and Job Referral system is broken. Politics is deeply rooted so work smart not too hard. Work life balance is almost none in most of the Client based projects.

The current team & people I a aligned with are quite open & honest. Like working with them. There are ample opportunities for one to explore various industries to get an experience of how each business works. Learning initiatives & access to licenses are quite great & also support for higher distant learning courses from universities (reimbursable with 2 year lock 50% +50% ). As of now flexible WFH but this depends on the team you are aligned.

...& procedure. The salaries compared to industry standards are well below average. They do pay well for extraordinary talent but for a similar skill sets one would definitely be valued much more outside Accenture.
