...rwork and leadership will refuse to hire the right amount of staff to cut costs. Lower level employees will face salary cuts, higher leadership will always reap better pay and benefits. Culture of gaslighting. Even this platform is not immune to false reviews that paint a rosy picture. Don't be surprised if SM and AD badmouth you. Quality of leadership in this org has gone down down to trash.

They demand to Work beyond client delivery, demands for micro innovation activities on every task you perform, certifcations, high competency and too much presssure due to extra efforts needed.

Likes

People & mostly Sr. Management people are very cooperative. Gives responsibility. Friendly Team atmosphere. Lots of Learning opportunities. Overall very good carrier at Accenture.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. work pressure is very high.

But after joining later FY promotion and hike are terrible, no consideration for promotion or hike etc No response from hr or manager team, and no respect to genuine employees.

The while experience of working with Accenture is very frustrating.

...ong working hours at the client side with zero acknowledgement and appreciation. The salary which they promise is very often not received. There has been no hikes and very less bonus since last 2 years. If a person has other offers then Accenture is not a place to join.
