MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,

Salary is decent Work profile is also not bad but not useful in any other company Colleague over here are just too competitive not usually willing to help teammates team bonding is close to 0 not seen anything like these in other companies attrition rate is too high

No work life balance most days you need to strech till 1 Even before you start understanding work everything is dumped upon you not even giving you time too settle in the profile Management does nothing to retain thier employees It's better to look for other companies even if they a bit less you don't get any work satisfaction Even if you perform well instead of rewards or promotion or even good bonus just more work will be put on you Worst hr team I have ever seen onboarding process is just too slow not something you expect from MNC

there are couple of good benefits for full time employees throughout the year e.g medical health checkup, wellbeing points , R&R points , pickup and drop from home.

Dislikes

... the company culture, most of the projects are night shift with no allowances . Last year they have not given good salary hikes for even good performers .9.30 hrs shift .

Brand and Average Salary. Vast profile of work.

Dislikes

Too much of workload and low work life Balance which doesnt suffice the Salary. Too much work pressure and stressful. Insurance is payable for parents and amount is very high. Not much benefits in terms of employee benefits.

There is too much favourism. When it comes to bonus and promotion, they always have a reason for not giving, even though they expect us to work hard.
