It matters on best project you were placed on, if yes u get best of everything, (Salary, Bonus, Performance feedback, career growth etc.,) but mine is worse and even more worse your supervisor n manager. No support from ur supervisors/Managers. At WFH situtaion they're demanding >12hrs of work, on career growth none will care, manager wil be telling template answer like why do u work in a peoject for more than 1 year, just move on.

...s are happening, however they are indifferent to your personal financial growth. Leadership here is more focused on cost cutting, moving existing people to new projects and putting extra burden on the remaining resources

no salary hike or promotion after joining. Always delay in salary hike and promotion stating that company is in loss. No work life balance. You will have to work on weekends also without any incentives. No Recognition/credits of your good work.

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market

Work life balance is totally a myth, no growth in terms of salary for last two years
