... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Salary growth is not as per the expectations. Being such a gigantic organization, its difficult to find a good manager/supervisor.

Managers in Noida play dirty politics and gang up against hardworking employees to create their monopoly. They are harassers. Their communication skills are pathetic and they barely know how operations works. They play the game of favouritism openly.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.
