Everything was good except salary for freshers. They can better increase salary for freshers so that they work effectively.

Nothing say. If say anything from our side nothing going to be change. Cause that is owned by company Ceo so, better they can think and change if they needed

In terms of entry and exit it is easy and smooth process. Provide you courses to enhance your skills. Job security is very good.

...k life balance working for extended hours but still do not get rewards for that. No salary hikes and promotion are very delayed. They will just give false commitment and keep you on hold. Checking your patience.

Salary is decent Work profile is also not bad but not useful in any other company Colleague over here are just too competitive not usually willing to help teammates team bonding is close to 0 not seen anything like these in other companies attrition rate is too high

No work life balance most days you need to strech till 1 Even before you start understanding work everything is dumped upon you not even giving you time too settle in the profile Management does nothing to retain thier employees It's better to look for other companies even if they a bit less you don't get any work satisfaction Even if you perform well instead of rewards or promotion or even good bonus just more work will be put on you Worst hr team I have ever seen onboarding process is just too slow not something you expect from MNC

Before Covid I would like to work, from Covid onwards I don’t like, management behaving with employees is not okay

From last two years no hike no promotion also and hike come down to single digit, how employee can manage family parents, how employee will get motivation to work more and now days started extra work with out nothing, no motivation from management who are giving full effort to complete the work

No doubt Accenture is very good company compared to other MNCs like Genpact Capgemini Wipro TCS in terms of salary learning growth and work life balance also for job security.

Dislikes

Accenture is very good company but it can provide more salary than paying to its employees and there should be fixed promotion for the employees because the problem is here the internal project managerial team who does politics.
