As every other organisations promotion and hikes are not based on performance. If you join company with higher bracket salary for a role, forget the hikes for upto 3 years, u ill get some hike only if u are lucky to get promoted.

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net.
