PIP, Probation increase happens lots, no proper management is there, no value for individual rather favourite members get all benefits and rewards, promotion too. Men and women partiality is there where men's job r insecure, risk of getting pip is high especially for new joiners getting kicked out after exact 1yr, which happened to me. Seniors and manager are either incompetent to their job post or having too much ego to help u. Only good at pretending that one dont work n giving then escalations. If you write mail tk Julie Sweet and top peoples then you may survive only for once, after that they will terminate you. Work hours are in words 9 hours, in real its 11-12 or more hours, no proper shift timing, no support, only taking benifit of individual by taking advantage of them. The management will never listen nor help you. So join at your own risk.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
