Dislikes

It doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No the job training is the essential to work and develop the skills.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
