People with good education results are illiterate...bad working environment..negativity, bad travelling experience..The organization gives the first priority to the contractor employees..Very bad environment.

Work-life balance is there. Seniors are more helpful. Management is also good.

...arty agency as a contractor is very painful, you will face so many problems i.e. salary on time, appraisal etc.

Considered the brand value and the pan India presence.Its a good company to work as a fresher.I have worked in Accenture Operations for two years.

Dislikes

I have worked in Operations so be sure that compensation and salary will be below market standards. As many compitetiors companies even small pay more than this . Since it's a MNC ,people with informal network with superiors survive more than the rest of the work force.

1. Salary is dispersed on time. 2. Work from office policies depends on the project. 3. Office infrastructure is good.

1. Extremely feminist company. 2. Promotion slots are reserved for females, even if the male candidates perform better. 3. The company culture is now becoming more like TCS.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, l get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada, but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some officer in Toronto. hence l got a BI visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength s, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time l do receive appreciation emails from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, Also,there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step. Which is a pain sometimes.
