Hmm..work-life balance, salary, growth, over-agility, very diverse organisational structure leading in complex, sometimes rigid processes and systems.

There is no proper payroll system. It's better to try in other organization. Worst salary packages compared to other organization and one last thing never ever join as contractor in Accenture.

Management, Colleagues and Work culture. No work life balance. Dominating culture. They expect us to be professional but they won't be professional with you. Low grade knowledge transfer.

... slavery kind of work from employees . 3. Hikes will be only for L11 and above . Even watchman , receptionists will be getting more salary then HRO. 4.Work timing will be 9 am to 10pm . (should be extend on requirements to satisfy leads) 5.if we're serious on career building don't join here .
