Salary is good and always on time. Certain people are good but mostly evil.

Most of the things are to be disliked in Accenture. Like their managers thinks they own you. They hire some mediocre as a TL and never give chance to a deserving candidate. They promote based on their benefits and not based on the employees good work.

Team leader and manager and upper management is having same thinking.. the whole team was biased including HR. Worst company ever had. No job security think before you join. If you are not laughing on TLS jokes and if u r not favourite then keep in mind that the PIP or termination is coming to you all the best for your future harrasment. Inhuman company.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
