...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

There is nothing to like about accenture.

Dislikes

... culture. They have started deducting our variables which we use to get earlier. First company which deducted the salary after appraisal. Micromanagement.

Just the building looks good from outside

Dislikes

Lot of politics No hike Targeting and torturing One of the worst company I worked. I was not allowed to put I papers down and was let without any support. Worst management and HRs. Never join for the name sake of the company. You life, career and health will be destroyed

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Most of the things are to be disliked in Accenture. Like their managers thinks they own you. They hire some mediocre as a TL and never give chance to a deserving candidate. They promote based on their benefits and not based on the employees good work.
