I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.

...ny field. You will get a good work life balance if you are in good team by luck. Starting salary is good.

Dislikes

They are not helping if you want to do any certification course. They are not even paying 50% variable pay, which they promised at the time of joining. Salary hike and promotion are very slow. I am working here since 1.5 year and I just got 6% hike yet.

No learning curve, no work satisfaction, since it is big company u can get caught in petty office politics, though it entirely depends on your team and manager.

Accenture is the worst corporation in the world, with no raises and everything being a lie; they will promise you but will not deliver, yet we may expect at least 2 to 3%, which they will not do... In my experience, HR is the worse; they will not follow through on anything once they mention benefits, but HR also lies at Accenture. Please do not join Accenture... The absolute worst company. They do not follow any of the conventions of other multinational corporations. ACCENTURE IS A WASTE COMPANY.
