Learning curve/ skill growth with respect to on project application is a bit stagnant otherwise on a general basis, extra skill development supplements being provided are excellent.

All teams members and seniors are friendly. Always there to help you out, also they have specific portals for every aspect/ queries like salary, learning, skills updation etc. Work-life balance is great. Overall a good company to join as a fresher and getting your career started.

Dislikes

It can be a delay to get assigned to project or get into a team after onboarded, meanwhile you can learn many new technologies provided by the organisation portal and upgrade your skillset.

Your experience in Accenture completely depends on your project and the management handling that project. In the project that I've been working in management has been very supportive of my career aspirations and stress a lot on trainings. I had a good time working in Accenture.

Compensation - they would rather hire new resources for higher compensation than retaining their old employees for the same compensation.

Working at accenture has always been great. They have a good culture and provide great benefits to their employees.

The only thing I dislike about being in Accenture is their low salary hike /promotion . Even if there is a lot of business dependency in you , you wont get a good hike .

The while experience of working with Accenture is very frustrating.

...ong working hours at the client side with zero acknowledgement and appreciation. The salary which they promise is very often not received. There has been no hikes and very less bonus since last 2 years. If a person has other offers then Accenture is not a place to join.
