Variable is ballooned to have high ctc on paper only. Toxic culture. No increment for 2 years straight. Favouritism. No promotions internally but hiring from outside. Management is not ready to help employees. Hr is non contactable, no reply from them.

Good upskilling opportunities. Decent pay hike and variable pay out as compared to other peers.

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is not there at all in few projects. Need to work with average talented and skilled folks.

...st one assest to be handled by HR i.e people and even in that they are worse. 2.Variable pay is another area which is really bad, its a total scam, do not fall for it, When negotiating always ask for higher fixed pay. 3.Managers are not very supportive in many scenarios with all fake/diplomatic promises and behaviour. You may once believe fake news but never an Accenture manager, specially the higher ones.

Work life balance, However it depends, For operations they have a tracker, you have to mention all the task in the tracker.

Compensation should be competitive and salary should be corrected based on market condition.

Where all companies are firing there employees also reduce the salary I am glad Accenture is not doing such things. Accenture is very cooperative company.

Benefits like incentives and bonus is not there even achieving any target.
