The name of Accenture is good.

Dislikes

No hikes, no promotion and salary part not as per market value and people will stuck same place for long time that they loyal pays off but in this company nothing pays and inside they is lot of politics some people will get bonus to stay there and they won't give them a correct hike.... Those who gets will not speak anything on that.... And only name Accenture is good but inside for finance and accounts people will not have good future over there....

Growth in terms of compensation is below than average for lower levels like Analyst & Associates. Although the 100% production & 90% other reporting stuff is also done by lower level only

...hing and do something else. Playing politics are in the roots of the management. During COVID first they said there would be Job Security but before the time of compensation the company fired many employees and made them jobless and they even stopped the increment of many employees. Talented and Working people doesn't get any value instead they are pressurized for more work. Those employees can exist who can go with the words of the Management and HR even if they are Wrong. Those who point their mistakes they fire employees by pointing the mistakes and putting them in PIP. Only Compensation is good

Worst HR and Management and their politics

Should be pay to OT allowence to employees. And also provide holiday when employees need not provide management own side.

Dislikes

Over time work also work in weekend but not countable employees hard work by management.
