Dislikes

There is value for extra effort and hard work no salary hike and it is like one man decision deal management.. We have worked overtime also we will not get anything except salary.. No birthday vochers no allowantions etc.. This makes us to leave the company and no value for going employees in deal.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

Dislikes

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth.
