Teammates and especially my supervisor very tolerant and supportive person. Not only he gave me many chances to learn from my mistakes but also taught some very valuable lessons I will never forget. Was my first job and best , would love to come back oneday.

Compensation was rather unsatisfactory I wish the salary was better I would have happily endured my personal problems I was facing during those time when I decided to leave the job

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
