Work life balance sometime go on the roof. Ther are lazy vintage people in the team who are just surviving on passing the responsibility to their subordinates.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

The current team & people I a aligned with are quite open & honest. Like working with them. There are ample opportunities for one to explore various industries to get an experience of how each business works. Learning initiatives & access to licenses are quite great & also support for higher distant learning courses from universities (reimbursable with 2 year lock 50% +50% ). As of now flexible WFH but this depends on the team you are aligned.

...& procedure. The salaries compared to industry standards are well below average. They do pay well for extraordinary talent but for a similar skill sets one would definitely be valued much more outside Accenture.

Nothing!!! literally nothing!!!! One of the worst ethics this company has!!! No promotion since 2 years, no hike and they remove employees giving silly excuses.

Forget about work life balance in Accenture and if you join Accenture then erase the word increment from your mind. Accenture cares only two things promote LGBTQ and fun Friday activities. Only chatu people get promotion. Forget the hard work. Accenture makes silly excuses and removes people who have salary above 20k and hires freshers in 17 to 18k. Once these freshers are 2 3 years tenured they remove them too. Accenture has cheap work culture. If you don't believe me , just join and have real time experience for yourself.
