Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market

Work life balance is totally a myth, no growth in terms of salary for last two years

Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.

...R team who will not listen to employees and they will only listen to management. Even if they remove employees they will ask them to pay FNF amount, pathetic company to work with. Useless managers and Team leaders, Airoli location have slum based management. There is no job security they will ask you to resign anytime, they will just play drama of redeployment but there is no such thing. I stead of joining Accenture go for other good companies.
