About job security after qualifying all rounds of interview after completing 4 months due to one silly document mistake they are not understanding anything directly fired the employee 😔

Loved the overall vibe and open door policy.....the leadership support is amazing as well and they pay very well for night shifts and overtime during peak. Cross-skill learning is highly encouraged.

Sometimes the office politics take a toll on good work.

Full on Manager raj, hr don't exist in here, I've been with them for years and I'm not even taxable but with a less experienced person came in he get good salary, the google projects are worst 10 hr working, sme are not promoted on papers, they shout on employees, just making people fool that they care about you, cloud projects are good but they do have contractor system, managers don't give full night shift allowance, every where each part of company is corrupted by Indian leadership.

Dislikes

they don't pay you, only work, always less workforce, google projects don't have night allowance or how they can be different in earch project, once you submit the laptop they will not detag it from you, not good to grow from agent .

The best thing is job security and HR policies are good except the salary. Can't think of anything else.

..., the employee's career aspirations are perhaps at the end of the priority list. The salary is average and the annual hikes are pathetic. However it may vary from project to project.
