...uit the organization forcefully which can be regarded directly or indirectly. Didn't pay my variable pay amount, HR's speak as if they are doing a big time favour for us, when approached HR for the concerns to be resolved inturn I'm been asked to contact police for the same. Pathetic #No more Accenture

Dislikes

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
