Work culture environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and is transparant.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our isues. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow

...work environment. There is huge cafeteria gymkhana and gaming area for chilling. Company provide good salary to their employees.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

Dislikes

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.
