Very Poor management. Stressed life. Continuous pressure. No work life Balance. Stretching hours to complete activities. Don't believe what HR says about work life balance. When you will get project it's all same i.e stressed. Leads will call you in middle of the night to complete your activities. Unplanned. Un managed.

Good parts are Salary will be ontime, Leave policy is good . IJP options, Brand value is good.

Dislikes

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards.
