You will get know your threshold and will definitely improve your patience.

Dislikes

There is no hike past 2 years. I got to know their way of performance assessment lately. It’s highly insensitive and against my moral values. Lately I feel this is not my place anymore. The amount of toxicity cannot described in words. I won’t refer even my enemy to this place.

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining.
