Overhired and over promoted during COVID resulting in breaking the wage structure and pyramid. Now hikes and promotions are at the mercy of top management. Too many at leadership level who have no idea on how things are getting operated at ground level 0 transparency with respect to policy and future plans.

Org is Serious about quality of client delivery. Salary and hikes are better than peers. Promotions based on work

The culture has diluted over last 15 years. Its not the Accenture that it was 15 years back.. HR has no say now and its all senior management driven

...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Too much of workload and low work life Balance which doesnt suffice the Salary. Too much work pressure and stressful. Insurance is payable for parents and amount is very high. Not much benefits in terms of employee benefits.

1) Work-life balance is not good 2) Offering Average salary packages in Finance domain to new joiners 3) So many trackers to update and do micro management 4) Cost cutting - If an assistant manager left the company they hire MT or Analyst at low cost to do the same job, where manager face challenges to get the same work done with less experienced people
