I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

.... Separate career path for Tier-1 B-school grads, even in case of lateral hires. Too much variable pay, never paid 100%. Onsite guys are too rude.
