Very poor work life balance. Company has low budget projects, hires mostly freshers and exploits them at very low salaries. Too much expectations from people earning salaries like 28k

Awesome teammates. You will not get bored in Accenture. Amazing crowd. Somehow Accenture care about your choice in selecting projects by location. Work life balance. If you are at ASE level then company literally take care of you like baby. Your job is secure till 2 years even if you have done nothing. Accenture spend too much money parties. So if you are party person then you gonna enjoy it.

1.Poor salary - As compared to other MNC, Accenture gives poor salary to employees. As per my observation for fresher and 2 levels up Accenture gives 80% less salary than product based market. 2. Poor HR Management- Accenture is too poor in HR management. If you have one primary skillset then management will allocate you exactly opposite skillset project. You will have 2 choices to refuse it. 3rd will be termination. For some specific cases such that LOA, no any case manager know anything about process. 3. Poor quality of Work in projects- projects in Accenture are well settled. Hence already whole frameworks of projects already been designed. Hence you will not have development tasks available in projects. Only testing and maintainance tasks are available in existing projects. Even new projects will not have good work because Accenture has very high rate for development projects, Hence many start up companies grab such projects at low prices. 4. Slow Financial and Promotional growth- Growth in Accenture is too slow. 2 years before 15 months was a period for promotion but now it is 21 months. No matter how hard you work you will have to wait 21+ months for promotion except training period, bench period, shadow hardlock period, LOA period etc. Even promotional hike is around 10-15% which is too low. If you are unlucky with promotional cycle then you have wait for 4-5 months extra. 5. Slow technical growth- Projects in Accenture still works on very low level technology. My whole project framework is on Angular JS. Tester's have to deal with only excel sheets. Although Accenture promotes advance IT skill but in reality 99% projects in Accenture uses no any advance IT skills. ( Said by my manager) 6. No onshore opportunities- There is no any chance of onshore opportunity for at least 5-6 year's in one project.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
