The salary structure provided by organization is the best among corporates where you can actually decide how much would you want your basic salary to be. The organization is encouraging working mothers with good policies in place. The career mentor policy too is good.

Dislikes

The only issue being though the skillset matches any open REQs, it gets next to impossible to get tagged to that REQ, when on lookout for opportunities within Accenture, while on bench.

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.
