Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.

Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

You can maintain work life balance here. If you want to learn new skills, you will get lot of opportunities by trainings and certifications free of cost.

Dislikes

No salary hike for employees for last one year. Variable amount is very high and you will get paid hardly 10% of it. There is not much extra salary benefit.

Accenture is great place to work as it provides work life balance. U get good benefits and bonus as well. Projects are also good in Accenture.

Dislikes

Accenture do not provide good projects for the associates/freshers. They put u in the very old technology related project which hampers the growth of the individual and u lack behind in the technology. Also it's upto ur luck also which projects u get!!

It helped me to upskill my technical knowledge. I learn many skills from my higher officials. Professionally personally i had a great support from the team. Over all its a very good experience working with Accenture. It's my glad journey.

Variable bonus and appraisals never sink to our expectations.
