Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

No promotions, Toxic work culture with micromanagement on employees, No Bonus. NO SALARY INCREMENT since last 2 years. I'm working here since 2015. A 9.5 hour shift that too rotational with no Night Shift allowance benefits. Complete Biasedness towards Male employees. Those who do Chaaplusi to higher levels they get promoted easily. They expect us what extra we can offer to the company apart from the 9.5 hours shift. I mean you hired me for the agreed company policy working hours then what extra Chaaplusi work I must do to reduce your burden with no monetary benefits? It's my majboori that I've to stuck in this company with No salary promotions and Females are treated as very Fairly. Attrition rate is on a higher side. They don't promote internal employees but hire new experienced from outside of company with triple the package of ours.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market

Dislikes

Work life balance is totally a myth, no growth in terms of salary for last two years
