Was good working as assistance manager, my managers and senior gave me enough opportunity and chance to learn and grow. Only due to covid and work from home, work life balance has got disturbed. Hope that should be back to normal once we resume office.

1. Time to Time market correction. 2. Good package and increments percentage are high as compared to other BPO if you really like to work . 3. Job Security 4. Flexibility to change process whenever you want (as per company policy) .

Dislikes

1. Work pressure high in case process transition. 2. Not focused too much on training. 3. Lot of expectations from experienced resources.

The tech support is cool and generally respond within couple of hours.

Dislikes

The variable pay in salary structure is one of the worst in industry. They mention big numbers in offer letter but give less than 10%. I think this is cheating the employee.

Excellent company to work for! I would say the best compared to all other companies in terms of work life balance, learning, growth opportunities etc.

Cons: little behind in terms of salary compared to market.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
