Loved the overall vibe and open door policy.....the leadership support is amazing as well and they pay very well for night shifts and overtime during peak. Cross-skill learning is highly encouraged.

Full on Manager raj, hr don't exist in here, I've been with them for years and I'm not even taxable but with a less experienced person came in he get good salary, the google projects are worst 10 hr working, sme are not promoted on papers, they shout on employees, just making people fool that they care about you, cloud projects are good but they do have contractor system, managers don't give full night shift allowance, every where each part of company is corrupted by Indian leadership.

they don't pay you, only work, always less workforce, google projects don't have night allowance or how they can be different in earch project, once you submit the laptop they will not detag it from you, not good to grow from agent .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very worst and career growth is slow. And they will terminate at any time without any proper reason. So I recommend for all fresher please don't choose accenture...

Nothing....core policies CORBIS Big joke....no respect for individual....stewardship!!!!! Overall these guys care for those who spoils the life of others.....job security!....you are always like a contract employee.....

...nduction. To increase profit they can cut down the cost of level 6 and above....but if there is no business or profit target will be level 7 and below because their salary is less than those AD MD AND SR MD.
