Company policies, work life balance and compensation are really good .almost all projects have wfh option and internal hikes are pretty much better compared to other companies .and Accenture allows to work from accenture offices which are near to your home also because they have cluster policies and shuttle services are well maintained.overall is a good company to settle down.

Dislikes

It is sometimes difficult to handle the politics within the team .And if you don't end up with a good project to be part of ,there are not much learnings

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
